Meet the Founder: Chrishon Lampley

After a flood destroyed her Chicago art and wine bar, Chrishon Lampley rebuilt from the ground up—transforming her passion into what is now Love Cork Screw, a nationally recognized wine brand with over 2 million bottles sold.

What started as a blog quickly became a movement. Chrishon saw firsthand how intimidating the wine industry could feel and made it her mission to change that.

Love Cork Screw was created to make wine:

No rules. No pressure. Just good wine and good energy. 

Today, her brand has been featured in Forbes, People Magazine, and Wine Enthusiast, and she continues to advocate for diversity in the wine industry, where Black women represent just 1%. And she’s coming ALL THE WAY from Chicago to do a Black Sip Tasting with us.
